We request information when you fill out any of our CONTACT pages, and choose to correspond with us. If you choose to contact us, we will keep a record of that correspondence in accordance with our established retention protocol. You may at some point also have the option to register with us using your LinkedIn account and, subsequently, import your LinkedIn profile into your profile.   • Clients: If you are a candidate searching for employment, we will present your information including resume/CV to clients, who are interested in your qualifications, for placement opportunities.
  • Compliance local and Federal Regulators: Once we establish and maintain a relationship with you, we may use the data you provided to comply with state and federal laws and regulations including but not limited to employment law, tax and social security and compliance purposes. For the purposes mentioned above, the Company may transfer your personal data to other affiliate entities (described below) that provide services on behalf of the Company.
  • Service Providers and Vendors: We may engage service providers to carry out work in support of you. We hold these vendors subject to contractual and other legal obligations to preserve the confidentiality of your data and your privacy, and they will only have access to and use the data they need to perform obligations to us.
