It is the policy of Burgeon Medical Recruiting that we will collect no personal information about you when you visit our website, unless you choose to provide that information to us.

We may use this information to improve our services and make a more user-friendly site for visitors. We do not track or record personal information about individuals unless you personally submit it to us on one of our contact pages as a means to help you, with employment needs.

Search and career Web 

We request information when you fill out any of our CONTACT pages, and choose to correspond with us. Forms that request information from you will clearly indicate information that should be provided , and any information that may be marked as optional. We are transparent about any collected information on our website because we will request it and do not take it without your consent. If you choose to contact us, we will keep a record of that correspondence in accordance with our established retention protocol. When you complete an online form or create an account on our website, we may collect information such as your name (first and last), e-mail address, telephone number, physical address, professional or employment-related information, salary expectations, current location, and online user account details. You may at some point also have the option to register with us using your LinkedIn account and, subsequently, import your LinkedIn profile into your profile. On our website, you have the ability to import and store resumes, CVs, and other documents. If you choose to do so, we will store and use them on your behalf.

You are not obliged to provide your personal information to us, but please note that it is not possible for us to provide our complete services to you or otherwise work with you, if you do not provide us with the required and requested information. 

Regarding our website, please remember that if you post any of your personal information in the public areas, that information could be collected and used by third parties over whom we have no control.

The information you provide becomes our property with due diligence on our part  That means that we don’t have to treat any such submission as confidential. You can’t sue us for using ideas or personal I formation you submit. If we use them, or anything like them, we don’t have to pay you or anyone else for them. Social Media, Message Boards, Forums, and Blogs,  We may collect personal Information about you when you choose to interact with us on social media platforms where we have a presence, and where we interact. In addition, we also may collect the personal Information which you have or have had available on your public social network profiles and on other public locations, including on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, or job boards and other websites. Any personal Information we collect in this way may include personal identifiers (name), skill and job sets, internships, education, training , employment and job experience.

• ensure your employment management is effectively executed or management of the Ambassador Referarl Program, business, and business continuity;

• ensure our assets are safe and secure, kept confidential, and not used for inappropriate or unlawful purposes;
• prevent, detect, or investigate unauthorized use of our systems and ensure we comply with law and our policies;
• ensure we can contact you or your family in the case of an emergency;

• follow up on references you provided;
• further product development and enhancement,;
• produce effective marketing processes through business analytics and profiling;

Third Parties:

BMR does not sell your Personal Information to third parties. We may occasionally share your personal information with third parties to assist us with being more efficient with the information and how use and store it; we may share your information, including information you provide and in “Information Collected" section above, to the following third parties:

• Clients: If you are a candidate searching for employment, we will present your information including resume/CV to clients, who are interested in your qualifications, for placement opportunities.
• Compliance local and Federal Regulators: Once we establish and maintain a relationship with you, we may use the data you provided to comply with state and federal laws and regulations including but not limited to employment law, tax and social security and compliance purposes. For the purposes mentioned above, the Company may transfer your personal data to other affiliate entities (described below) that provide services on behalf of the Company.
• Service Providers and Vendors: We may engage service providers to carry out work in support of you. We hold these vendors subject to contractual and other legal obligations to preserve the confidentiality of your data and your privacy, and they will only have access to and use the data they need to perform obligations to us. For example, vendors are typically IT vendors or back office finance and accounting management providers. 
• Affiliates: Affiliates perform a range of services, including but not limited to temporary and direct hire placement services, vendor management services, information technology and consulting services. We may share your information with affiliates that provide such services that support our efforts.
