Michael has worked in the discipline of portfolio, program, and project management for over 25 years where he currently works as the Director of a Project Management Office (PMO). His formal education includes a BS of Science in Electrical Engineering, MBA, and Doctorate of Psychology with a specialization of Organizational Consulting. Michael has experience working in large and small organizations across multiple industries primarily within their IT departments - healthcare, aviation/aerospace, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, insurance, banking, marketing. Michael's Psychology degree was the key catalyst to forming Organizational Consulting Diagnostics (OCD) Foundation in order to give back and help other organizations reach their full potential.
Dr. Donald D. Runnells is a retired university professor and private consultant in geochemistry. He has more than 50 years of experience in the research and management of scientific projects and has consulted extensively for private industry and governmental agencies. He has participated in numerous professional societies and in technical conferences as an invited speaker and is a former president of the Association of Exploration Geochemists and a former member of the Water Science and Technology Board of the National Research Council/National Academy of Sciences. As a professor he taught and conducted research for 26 years at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and the University of Colorado, Boulder, with an additional 24 years in private industry. In 1998 Dr. Runnells was appointed by President Bill Clinton to the Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board for oversight of scientific and engineering investigations of the potential nuclear waste repository at Yucca Mountain, Nevada. Dr. Runnells is a Professor Emeritus and former Chair of the Department of Geological Sciences at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Bradley has a BS in business information systems from the university of Phoenix and has a multitude of technical and business management certifications from Microsoft, Sans security, ITIL, lean six sigma black belt. Bradley has been working in the information technology field for more 25 years, with over 10 years of experience managing technical teams and people to meet business critical needs. Bradley especially loves working with people to solve complex businesses requirements with creative and innovative solutions that come through tapping into the strengths of each individual team member. Bradley lives in Sedalia Colorado, has 5 fantastic children and loves to camp and spend as much time in nature as possible, usually with at least one of the 5 kids and his dogs.
Suzanne has more than 25 years of experience in the music and legal industries. She has a Bachelors of Science in Geography with an emphasis on Travel and Tourism. Suzanne is the backbone of our Board.
