Organization Consulting Diagnostics (OCD) Foundation is a nonprofit created to help small businesses through diagnostic-based organizational assessments to achieve cultural health improvement goals and organizational success.

At OCD Foundation, we aspire to be your trusted partner in organizational development and improvements. OCD is fortunate to have a sophisticated and talented Board of Directors with more than 125 years of collective experience spanning a large number of diverse industries. We strive to provide an honest, ethical, high-integrity, and quality-based service to our Clients. Our Board of Directors provides support with various facets of our organizational operations, such as general business operations, customer experience, information technology know-how, and fundraising. As a nonprofit, you may be glad to know that our service is completely free. To keep our doors open, we do seek grants and other charitable donations to provide the support needed to operate. We look forward to learning more about your organization, so we may partner together to meet some of your organizational development goals.

OCD provides services accessible to U.S.-based small businesses. Interested organizations may inquire via our website or Facebook page by filling out our inquiry form. Culture assessments are performed online for your organization and typically include two or more values to establish an initial baseline.

WHY IS A HEALTHY CULTURE SO IMPORTANT
Your organization is a living entity, composed of individual Workers with diverse backgrounds and characteristics, such as employment type (full-time/part-time employees, long-term and short-term contractors), various educational backgrounds, ethnicities, career goals, and demographics. Your organization has its own unique identity, composed of the aggregation of each unique individual associated with your organization. In short, your organization's culture is composed of the values, attitudes, and behaviors collectively represented by these individuals, which is why your organization unique from any other organization in existence. Improving the health of your Organization's culture may manifests itself in many ways, such as happier employees, higher productivity, improved product and service quality, happier Customers, etc. Ultimately, your values will be your guide to organizational and employee prosperity.

Brief Introduction of Dr. Michael Mulvany

Michael has worked in the discipline of portfolio, program, and project management for over 25 years where he currently works as the Director of a Project Management Office (PMO). His formal education includes a BS of Science in Electrical Engineering, MBA, and Doctorate of Psychology with a specialization of Organizational Consulting. Michael has experience working in large and small organizations across multiple industries primarily within their IT departments - healthcare, aviation/aerospace, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, insurance, banking, marketing. Michael's Psychology degree was the key catalyst to forming Organizational Consulting Diagnostics (OCD) Foundation in order to give back and help other organizations reach their full potential.

Brief Introduction of Dr. Donald Runnells

Dr. Donald D. Runnells is a retired university professor and private consultant in geochemistry. He has more than 50 years of experience in the research and management of scientific projects and has consulted extensively for private industry and governmental agencies. He has participated in numerous professional societies and in technical conferences as an invited speaker and is a former president of the Association of Exploration Geochemists and a former member of the Water Science and Technology Board of the National Research Council/National Academy of Sciences. As a professor he taught and conducted research for 26 years at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and the University of Colorado, Boulder, with an additional 24 years in private industry. In 1998 Dr. Runnells was appointed by President Bill Clinton to the Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board for oversight of scientific and engineering investigations of the potential nuclear waste repository at Yucca Mountain, Nevada. Dr. Runnells is a Professor Emeritus and former Chair of the Department of Geological Sciences at the University of Colorado, Boulder. EDUCATION Ph.D. Geology and Geochemistry, Harvard University, 1964 M.A. Geology, Harvard University, 1960 B.S. Geology (High Honors and Phi Kappa Phi Honorary Scholastic Society), University of Utah, 1958.

Bradley has a BS in business information systems from the university of Phoenix and has a multitude of technical and business management certifications from Microsoft, Sans security, ITIL, lean six sigma black belt. Bradley has been working in the information technology field for more 25 years, with over 10 years of experience managing technical teams and people to meet business critical needs. Bradley especially loves working with people to solve complex businesses requirements with creative and innovative solutions that come through tapping into the strengths of each individual team member. Bradley lives in Sedalia Colorado, has 5 fantastic children and loves to camp and spend as much time in nature as possible, usually with at least one of the 5 kids and his dogs.

Suzanne has more than 25 years of experience in the music and legal industries. She has a Bachelors of Science in Geography with an emphasis on Travel and Tourism. Suzanne is the backbone of our Board.

At this time, OCD is solely focused on providing small business support with cultural health assessments, recommendations for improvement (i.e. interventions), and follow-up support as needed.
Typically, the turn around is 2 to 6 weeks.  Variables include number of values being assessed, request for new value design and development, and time required to receive input from individuals within your organization. 
Once we receive your inquiry form, we typically require a few business days to review your information and reach out to schedule an initial meeting for further discovery.
No, we do not charge any fees although we do appreciate any size donation to help or non-profit to improve our service, so we may help more organizations like yours.
